Rang Barse was a small event ISO decided to put up for our holi celebration. Due to constraints with the use of skin friendly colors and no water games as that might create bigger mess. This small even turned out to be a big success & we would like to thank each and everyone who participated in the event and made this a success. Everyone was very cooperative and played holi in the specific rules and regulations which made it a success. We are also thankful to Spartan's daily for showing the interest and enthusiasm for covering the whole event and publishing articles on our Holi Celebration.
